James's Fitness Website

Hello, My name is James. You're probably here from youtube. If you aren't, you should go subscribe, James白樺ツ - Anyways, This my fitness website. Here, I tell you about my fitness journey, and the self improvement tips I use to be the best version of myself I can be. If you'd like to see the workout routine I use, you can go Here.

During the spring of 2023, I started my self improvement journey. I weighed 120 Pounds, I was starting to get fat, and I played video games for almost 8 hours a day. I now almost never touch video games, get good grades, have a snow removal bussiness, and I weigh 145 Pounds (in muscle, not fat) I am 13 years old. My ambitions lie within becoming the best version myself, And I hop that you are here because that is true for you as well. My goal is to push whomever shows up to this website to their limits.

Imagine everybody on earth is chained to a wall, but the chains can be broken. You don't have to break the chains, you are fed every day, and water, and everyone is aloud to talk to each other. You get to be with each other. Now imagine that you start to break the chains. Everybody will look at you weird, and say things like, "Why are you doing that? You don't need to break the chains, it'a fun here." and other things like, "You'll never be able to break the chains." Now imagine you break one of the chains. People will say those same things even more. But you break the chains, both of them. You are now free, now people are scared. They don't know how you got out of the chains, "How did he do that?" "He must be really strong." You can now either choose to help people (which is what i'm doing) Or you can choose to keep getting stronger, break more metaphorical chains.

How to get out of depression

From 9 years old to about 11 or 12 years old, I was depressed on and off. I know what it feels like. My lovely mother helped me get out of it, and so did my therapist. There was lots going on, while I wont get in to details about it, I know what it feels like. Its going to take time. There are so many different coping mechanisms, it's not even funny. The best ones I've come across are the following.

  • Going to the gym
  • getting a therapist, and getting to know them.
  • Self-Improvement
  • These are the ones that work for me, these may not work for you. We don't have the same brain. It's really that simple. Take some time for your self (3 or 4 hours a week, 5 if you're feeling ballsy) and watch some mental health videos. Get to know yourself, and know that it's okay to get help.

Getting a Style and Building a Closet

It's obvious that a good style can help you build yourself up and build your confidence. There are many different clothing styles for men. Instead of choosing a style, I chose a color palete, which consists of very light colors, and very dark colors. Like beige, white, black, grey, and colors like that. You can go that route, or choose a style. Go on pintrest and look up: "Clothing styles for men" or: " athstetic Styles for men"

    Finding a role model

Starting a self-improvement journey can be tough. Figure out what the best version of yourself would look like. Whether that means having tons of money and owning a company, being able to get your homework done without procrastinating (that would be nice), or being able to get any girl you want. There are tons of departments to improve in. Figure out what that person looks like. Become your own role model. Work twards what you really want, slowly introduce habits that fix your problems. If you don't, you might find it to be too hard, then mess it up and quit. You have to build discipline slowly.

Next, find a reason to want the best version of yourself. If that is losing weight and being less fat, or becoming toned. Maybe, you want to be stronger, and make more money to provide for your family. Becoming the best version of yourself can be the best thing that ever happened to you, and it was that way for me.

Simple (ish) Self Improvement endevours for beginners

there are many differnet things you can do to become the best version of yourself. I have counted up three main things For your self improvement journey.

  • Making Money
  • Working out
  • Aplying yourself at work or school
  • Making Money

Making money can bring in money (duh) and train discipline. Most jobs at a young age rely on somebody relying on you. Weather that be a bussiness (providing service or product) or simply a cashier (providing customer service). Just about every job has someone relying on you for something. You now have a reason to keep in line. You have a boss (or maybe you're the boss) to respond to, ans customers to satisfy. This is why having a job provides discipline training.

    Working Out

Working out can make you stronger (duh) and build your physique. Doing this can build your confidence and self-respect. Watch This Video about learning to lift weights.

Aplying yourself at work or school

Aplying yourself at work or school is one of the best things that can help you with discipline and self-improvment, mainly because having to apply yourslef somewhere, liek said previously, you have someone relying on you.

    Staying consistent

Staying consistent is one of the greatest dielmas in all of selfimprovment. I have recently (as of late november 2023 through december 2023) have been struggling with this myself. I turned to where everything started, youtube. And I found a youtuber by the name of "Hamza Ahmed", and he has been a huge help to me scince the start of mt self imprvoment journey this summer. He cusses alot but its okay because he's trying to get a point across. you should go check him out on youtube. - Hamza Ahmed.

He told me (and im passing it on) that oyu need to lose your ego. On you're first year you need to understand that its going to be tough, you need to realise that you won't workout 365 days a year. Understanding that you are going to be inconsistent is a great thing. I think that for your first year you will br going to the gym anywhere from 60-110 times. And if you really do make it all the way to 110, then you have defied insane odds and been incredibly sonsitent with your work, and I have insane respect for you. If you only made it to 60, then I still have tons of respect for you. When losing your ego, youre not going to walk in to the gym and go for 360 days in your first year. And youre prabably thinking that you just arent going to quit, and that you WILL get to your goal in the first year. You're not the big man that is going to do the best in the gym. Don't get super full of yourself and understand that it's going to be tough.

also loweirng the line that defines success is one of the best things you can do. I'm going to use meditating as an example. During the day, you prbably define success in the mediating area as maybe ten minutes. I define as atleast one breath. one slow breath that help you calm down in the moment or before bed.

I am soon starting a Dropshipping bussiness, which I will update this website soon. (i'll just link it here when the website goes up) Thank You!

I have more tips, throw questions in comments on my youtube channel, I will get to all of them. (link's at the top)

Understanding things may not go your way

recently, I have been 'out of my groove', and I fell out of my routine, for multiple months, since november all of my largley built habits and dicipline had been trickling off. And so was I. I felt as thoguh I couldnt do anything right, And just lived with losing my physique, and having all sorts af acne problems (which is also just a problem that comes with puberty) However, I ackknoleged my mistake and Am now on my way to fixing it. I am loving how I feel, look, and am doing in school and in my social circle. My life improved drasticly wihtin three weeks of slowly implimenting these simple habits in to my life agian. I am taking everything a step further and finally getting a job. I have my first interveiw on 4/10/24. I am super excited to finally fulfil this spot in my life and getting everything back on a fully positive note again.

Got the job. Pretty happy for myself. So, around that time that I applied, I was super depressed. I was suicidal, I was in such a great spot, and I lost it, I slipped. I was so hyperfixated on this god awful place I was in, but I met a girl and we hit it off. We had a really nice realtionship, but we broke up. And that's where my life started to get to the most slippery, worst part of the slope in to what I thought were gonna be the last moments of my life. Started getting in to "substances" and I got caught. Parents found out about my battle with mental health and I was put in therapy. things started to climb a little bit, and I went to a summer camp. Kinda just going through the motions, and I had an encounter with god. changed my life. finally knew what I needed to do, found the person I'm supposed to be. Started chasing that person, everyday getting closer to that person. At the end of the day, the job's not done. keep going.
